Postage & Handling: Items are sent out via Australia Post registered mail with a Tracking number.  
Customers will receive an email notifying them that the item has been posted, Please allow 1-2 business days for all online orders to be packed.  Australia Post will send an email to customers with the Tracking number.
Larger or Heavier items that cannot be sent via Australia Post will be sent via a courier upon customer approval or customers can arrange to pick up in store.  
Larger or Heavier items over 10kg sent to NT, WA AND TAS will be charged an extra postage fee depending on the weight of the item. We will inform the customer prior to posting.

Pick Up Conditions 

Pick up is available in store at Shop 2, 149-153 Keira Street, Wollongong NSW 2500.
Please make contact via email to arrange this.  Please bring a printed copy of your invoice when picking up.
