We are located in Wollongong NSW (Illawarra region) and customers are welcome to visit us in store. Customer satisfaction is our main priority so if you have any questions or complaints, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
Postage & Handling:
Items are sent out via Australia Post registered mail with a Tracking number.
Customers will receive an email notifying them that the item has been posted.
Australia Post will send an email to customers with the Tracking number.
Larger or Heavier items that cannot be sent via Australia Post will be sent via a courier upon customer approval or customers can arrange to pick up in store.
Larger or Heavier items over 10kg sent to NT, WA AND TAS will be charged an extra postage fee depending on the weight of the item. We will inform the customer prior to posting.

Pick Up Conditions:
Pick up is available in store in Wollongong, NSW and must be arranged with us first. Please make contact via eBay message to arrange this.
Please bring a printed copy of your eBay invoice when picking up.
Cash, Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Payments will be accepted for Pick-up in store.
Pick up times are Monday-Saturday 10am-4.30pm (excluding Public holidays). Sunday pick up time available upon request. You will need to contact us first to arrange a time.
