Returns Policy

Dougies Discounts offers a 14 day money back guarantee so you can buy with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for a refund of the purchase amount, excluding postage fees.

All returned items come with 5-10 working day turn around.
It is the buyer's responsibility to return any items for replacement/ refund at their own expense.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. We recommend that you return the product/s to us securely packaged in the same or similar packaging the items were received in so they are not damaged in transit back to us and use a trackable method of postage.

Dougies Discounts has the right to refuse refunds or replacements for items returned back in unsellable condition. Items must be returned in original condition including its original packaging.

Please Note: When returning an item back to us, customers must write their full name on the box/satchel. This will make it easier to identify you so we can process the refund or replacement faster.

Other Returns

Goods on which a return is not available.

Due to hygienic reasons, Dougies Discounts will not accept the return of items from the following categories under any circumstances:
  • Personal Care Products (if the hygiene seal is broken)
  • Beauty products
  • Costumes & Morph Suits
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product/s prior to offering a refund or credit. You will be entitled to a refund, or credit equal to the cost of the products only, excluding any original or return delivery charges.  All refunds will be issued via the same method used to purchase the items. Refunds via credit card may take up to 10 days to appear on your card statement.

Warranty Claims

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

What happens if I make an order and some items are out of stock?

Unfortunately sometimes items that are ordered online may be out of stock. If you order some items that are out of stock Dougies Discounts will contact you and offer you the most similar substitute or a refund for the out of stock items. If we do not hear back from you after 3 days of the order being placed we will refund the items that are out of stock and pack and ship out the items that are in stock. If you purchase via our website you agree to these terms and conditions.
